SITUATION:
An executive who made multiple international business trips each month found herself inexplicably on a government "No Fly" watchlist and, as a result, harried and delayed for hours every time she re-entered the country.
After trying unsuccessfully for a number of years with immigration lawyers to be removed from the list the client retained us.
RESOLUTION:
In about three weeks we were successful in having the client removed from the watch list. (In fact, it took us less time than it took then-Senator Ted Kennedy to have himself removed when he was in a similar predicament.) Since then, our client has been able to fly freely into and out of the United States without harassment or delay.
