CASE STUDY: TELECOMMUNICATIONS
- LITIGATION SUPPORT
- GRASSTOPS MOBILIZATION
SITUATION:
A telecommunications company serving various US demographic markets was in a legal and regulatory battle in the courts and before the FCC against a vastly larger corporation. The company required evidence of support for its position from the impacted constituencies. The challenge was made greater as the other side had spent years and enormous sums wooing the leadership of those same communities.
We were retained to produce evidence of support for our client’s position with a very short lead-time.
RESOLUTION:
Within the specified time, we mobilized our national grasstops network to generate letters of support from credible national and regional organizations representing millions of consumers within the target demographics – all told, these groups represented triple the magnitude of the client’s "success" target deliverable. We produced public support in the media from thought leaders and spokespeople, including recognized community representatives and established editorial writers and bloggers.
